THIS IS FOR A Yamaha YP250 X-MAX 250 i 2007. This engine is bare and ready simple repair. May have some dirt and dust in places from being in storage. This engine was removed from a good running bike that was used daily for commuting and cared for very much.

This is a good used engine that runs well with no misfires or rattles, this engine doesn't miss a beat. The final drive shaft will need to be replaced to be used The exhaust mount bracket/rear wheel brace mount points on the engine both have snapped bolts inside as clearly pictured. The engine accelerated and got up to speed great, the clutch is spot on. The engine ran absolutely lovely, just needs the necessary repairs & a servicing.

This engine will have some dirt, surface corrosion and paint missing/flaking in areas as shown in the pictures - the gearbox casing is missing it's plastic covers as pictured. Some of the casings will have wear and scrape marks, will also have paint missing in places - these haven't affected the engine's function and are hard to spot when fitted in the bike. The bike covered just under 8k miles whilst on the road. Will not come with starter motor.

One exhaust stud is snapped and will ned removing. This engine was compression tested and pushed 145psi! Please look at the pictures provided carefully as they will show. The condition far better then a description can.
